I eat lots of vegetables but limit complex carbs even when im at ideal weight because when you are eating to equilibrium or in a slight deficiet your body will slowly burn away your glycogen stores in your muscles and liver once the glycogen is depleted is when your body turns to your fat stores for fuel and has to convert fat to glycogen in the liver for the minimal carbs your body requires for brain and blood cells. If you are constantly keeping your glycogen levels high from eating complex and high glycemic whole food carbs you will have a very hard time getting your body to burn its fat stores. Im not anti carb i eat carbs i just saying they slow fat burning. Eating meat is the best fuel for weight loss. I lost 35 lbs in 3 months eating meat and green vegetables only.

Exercise helps with weight loss , but re-energising with "slow carbs" prevents counteracting your exercise results . Calories are important in an obvious way , for weight loss , but slow carbs are just as important if you are exercising regularly .Also , you will deplete your muscles (and slow ur metabolism) if you dont have enough of the right carbs !! Protein powder without sugary carbs also is important to maintain muscle if dieting because , without enough protein ,a long diet plan will result in muscle loss that also slows metabolism.
I love this information but my grandparents and their siblings lived into their 100s amd their diet consisted of white potato, spam, whiskey, amd filterless cigarettes. What’s up with that? Lol

just learned before this vid to stay away from all potatoes.. all very startchy foods so I’m now cutting them out.. was only eating sweet potatoes but now I know foods grown below ground are all very starchy. a portion of sweet potatoes for example have triple the calories of similar volume of other vegetables like carrots . SO hardly good for weight loss.

Tip: drink lemonade with less sugar and more ice cube , it might taste horrible but you will see outstanding results + water is your best friend
