    I do some regular 10-15 minutes CV exercise each day, and have been wanting to focus on muscle strength, but I don’t like using dumbbells, kettlebells or weights in general. I feel like they slow me down. Thank you for this! ❤️😊

    This will take 5 months for result…with weight 2…believe me 3 it took for me mixed both with cardio
