Hey, thanks! ❤️ I do some regular 10-15 minutes CV exercise each day, and have been wanting to focus on muscle strength, but I don’t like using dumbbells, kettlebells or weights in general. I feel like they slow me down. Thank you for this! ❤️😊
I am suffering from lean pcos..and i am underweighted..will these exercises help me out in gaining mass and looking healthy
Why do these have to be so hard!! My knees hurt after those ones. But good thing im exhausted, usually im not after my tiny workout routines

I’m 120 kgs.. around 245 lbs .. i joined a gym 2 days ago.. I’m sure I’ll struggle if i try this.. 😭 but I’ll give it a try today 👍
