    Great work out thanks for the simple tips it has helped me lose some a lot of unwanted extra pounds … simple enough for everyone to follow and i added just a 10 min meditation strech at end or 5 begin and 5 end streching. πŸ™‚ i have now got 3 others doing the workout too its awesome
