Great work out thanks for the simple tips it has helped me lose some a lot of unwanted extra pounds … simple enough for everyone to follow and i added just a 10 min meditation strech at end or 5 begin and 5 end streching. π i have now got 3 others doing the workout too its awesome

After my 1st day excersize …the 2nd is hell to me…its very difficult to me walk ,sit ,bend…oh god finelly I used pain killer to escape from this pain
