Hi AthleanX, in a previous you ranked chest exercises from worst to best. Two of these exercises were then ranked under ‘better still’. What made you change your mind to call them the best exercises now?
I remember when Jessie started working out years ago I started too and I was 155 lbs. now Iβm 195 and my body fat percentage went from probably like a 10% to a 5% now, Iβve gained 40 lbs in muscle and I wanna know how Jessie in that same amount of time, working out with Jeff, has only done like half of that lmao
I can see myself doing two of those exercises. The cable crossovers no because the gym has about 4 or 5 of those and they’re always, always taken by this or that person.
Iβm an oddball. I have a very developed serrates but a terrible lower chest π the only lower chest exercise I can feel is decline Dumbell and some lower chest hammer strength but very few gyms in my area have a good bench for decline or a lower chest machine.

The only exercise that makes my upper chest grow really nice is the 2nd one you mentioned. I think it’s called crossover.

what can i do instead of the second one? i do not have that machine
