I feel great after this workout. I had to keep pausing the video, but in 45 minutes I did 3 sets of 10 for each exercise. I found a few exercises were challenging to start, but by the 3rd set it felt a lot easier. I’ve been on my weight loss journey consistently for two weeks. I walk 1.5hrs every morning before the sunrise, and exercising. I’ve been taking the time to learn what I thought I already knew. I truly appreciate this video. Thank you.
I can not understand without rest should we do it ? First we need to do 12 Workouts continue? Then set 2 again start or we need to do together in first set? Pls replay

been doing this recently, 4 days went by and already lost 1 kg plus my biceps and legs grew a bit. made me feel more motivated and fresh!
