    I started doing these exercises 3 weeks ago, since I don’t go about that often… Started doing the 1.0 miles everyday for 2 weeks, followed by the 2 miles one the next week, and now I’m doing 2 miles the days I rest and this 3 miles one for a more intense one. My goal is to be able to walk 10k steps every day without having horrible legs pain the day after ( . .)

    I’m Walking over 40 years have fibromyalgia and many health issues but I walk normally four to five miles an hour daily. I live in New York and when the weather is very hot out I can’t take the heat.I found you yeah ! I am doing this in my home and it is great. I find that I am using many other muscles. I will walk with you whenever I cannot walk outside in the hot summer or the dead of winter. God bless you. I’m a fan. Keep inspiring people. I never miss Walking unless I’m very sick or recuperating from a surgery.

    I have been walking with you every day for two years since I had the stroke . I love it . however this program started with 45 minutes before and now only 40 minutes! can we go back to 45 minutes? thank you!
