THANKS SO MUCH BODY PROJECT! 1 Week ago I could not do the whole workout without pausing it after every circuit. I can now do the whole 30 minutes without stopping. BTW, how many calories does this burn?
I just happened to find you here on Youtube…..what a GREAT cardio workout!!! I am 67 years old and do various workouts 6 days a week (strength, cardio, yoga, walk, run , hike) You a definitely a motivator!!! I will be checking out more of your workouts!! Thanks for a great session !!
Its just encouraging! I started today and made it through, wasn’t easy but I pushed through. Felt owesome after the workouts. I’m a worrior and I’ll fight until I concur, may God help me 🙏
I was looking for some beginners workouts because i had stop working out for 3 months because of covid. And i couldnt start any workout that i coiuld keep up with untill i found this Body project workout and i love it and enjoy it because I’m able to complete the workout and Daniel and his team give me good motivation… I will continue with the workout. Daniel’s words of encouragement are most helpful. Soon I will be 69; working out with Daniel makes me feel young again! In the past, the only exercise I did was walking when the weather allowed. However, with a very hot summer, I was getting lazier and lazier. Now I exercise with Daniel every morning and I am feeling energetic and "ready to go" ! 🙂 Thank you Daniel, your helpers, and Team Body Project !!

This is the best and most real HITT workout I have taken part of! Daniel makes you feel important and he engages with you all throughout the workout. I love the motivation and positive comments he gives throughout the workout. I started using this video and others with Daniel in it last year in July. I was 235 lbs and got down to 211 in two months! I did regress and just recently started to workout again. If there is anyone on the team who can send some motivational tips, I would love to hear them! Today was the first day where I felt JOY and more energy during the workout! I am not sure if that was just the adrenaline, but I never felt that before today while working out. Thank you to the team for the great work and amazing videos!
