Just wondering, I’m starting to use this exercise however I can’t really lift my self to do the sit ups properly and I can’t also touch my knees in knee crunch. It is because I have a big belly fat that’s why I have a hard time? And I’m asking if my sit ups and crunches will improve over the months I’m using this exercise. I really want to get rid of my belly fat. Thankyou
Hi guys, I have been working out at home, ab exercises, intermittent fasting, planks, pushups, skipping, 5000 walking steps daily, eating clean on caloric deficit (<1500cals), for last 1 month, lost 3kgs but still no major reduction of belly fat (36inch waist) 🙁 [i am 29 years, 76kgs, male] plz help!
Ok y’all Imma try and update y’all as I try to do this
(Mind you, I’m also doing this exercise with 5km jogs/runs everyday + healthy eating)
*Day 1* : it wasn’t hard, still felt really bloated and fat
*Day 2* : I felt smaller already if I’m being honest, maybe it’s just because I was feeling sore. Oh yeah, I’m already sore but I will try and do the workout. I’ll do half as many reps
*Day 3* : my mom told me my stomach looked Skinner which really made me feel motivated. Just finsihed the workout. I managed to do 20 reps of everything except the sit up and twists, I’m still feeling too sore for that exercise. But for the rest, I could manage. Still feeling sore but not as bad as yesterday
*Day 4* : decided to give myself a break today. I just couldn’t handle it. My stomach looks and feels smaller
It’s really hard to lift my head off the floor keep in mind I have a fat stomach in the way and large breasts making it harder this guy has no fat what do i do
I want to ask something just to check uf I am play or no I run for 20 min and do these exercises and with a normal diet not the one you showed I lost 10 kg in a week Is that okay? Like around 22 pounds is that okay?😂
