Been doing p90x but the leg/back day has always felt pretty meh. Sure it works but idk. Figured I would sub it with this and damn my legs are tired lol. Sweat my ass off as well. Will do again
Im currently in my wheelchair phase after 1 legday after coivd and im in a gym atm with no bars only dumbells up to 20kg 🙁 But yea is doable just have to be crative with leg days.
What is the training difference between this and the normal deadlift with a squat rack, any difference in training purpose? 🙏 just really curious ☺️ Thank you!

*Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change **bestgym.equipment** the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though.*

Leg day is just plain torture for me. I overheat and collapse from fatigue long before i reach muscle failure.
