I donβt agree that Mesopotamia have good genes no we donβt we bulk so easily !! I am a mesomoeph who wants to Lena out especially in the kegs but even body weight or light weight training bulks me yo in the legs what would you recommend
I’m a 15 year old female that’s been living with Alpha-gal syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome and ADHD/ADD.
(no I did not self diagnose, for those asking.) one mental disorder and 2 life destroying allergies, starting off great huh?
In order to meet the daily requirements of nutrition and have enough energy to get out of bed in the morning I have consume a large amount of food, due to the fact I don’t have the luxury of eating any kind of meat, dairy, or eggs.
Which often people jump to when talking about diets. And then the ADHD C type, eliminating any chances of staying motivated and focused enough to exercise.
Lastly, I find out I’m a Endo-Meso morph.
Others tell me to hit the gym, I rather hit the rope and chair.
I think that I’m an endo-meso. I am skinny but my belly isn’t- Okay, my legs aren’t too, but I don’t think that I’m fat (Sometimes I think, it’s the worst feeling)
Thank you I have the last body type on the video. I was thinking my body has quicker results through a combo training. I’ve always at certain points of my life focused too much on cardio or strenght training. it wasn’t until I started doing resistance that I noticed the best results for my body and started dropping weight quick plus having a low carb diet.
My biggest problem is undereating as an endomorph or endo-meso. I’m still not sure which, both are naturally strong, and whilst most endomorphs are short and stocky, that isn’t always the case (I’m at or a little over 6’5"). I’ve always been a bit on the weighty side, but I usually undereat because of either my IBS issue or simply because I’m not that hungry a lot.
as a Bengali Indian its really hard to take less carbs or fat because the GOD DAMN FOOD π₯, but i somehow controlled it I used to eat two times a day now i eat 1 time and stopped eating JUnk food and oily fried think , Im trying hard to loose weight because my favourite festival is coming and i want to fit in my favourite cloths

I’m slim but I have a bulging tummy ,my thighs, legs and hands are thin .whatever I eat goes to by belly π©..what type is mine ??? How to get rid of belly fat without losing weight??
