I am following meal plan from Next Level Diet which means I am eating clean in combination with these workouts it’s really everything you need to stay in shape. Big like.

I have equipment but I’m always too tired and not motivated to workout I managed to get a 20 minute workout today but I already feel destroyed any tips to be more consistent
I have been to the gym, was there 3 months and tho i lost some weight, i didn’t notice improvement and growth in my muscles. I had to leave and i gained all the weight i had lost before. I have been trying to build muscles for so long and I have failed every damn time. Also i can never find a good begginers workout that i can follow and that i know it will help me into reaching my goal. If anyone has tips or anything that can help me, it would be much appreciated it 🙏🏻 stay safe
