Day2: I noticed my neck got skinnier like it was used to be lumpy.i’m still chubby in the stomach but I can see a lil 6 pack forming a lil bit

This is my first time doing this exercise and I feel like im gonna pass out but man IM SO CLOSE!! Im at the 23minute mark i wanna finish it but my body wont let me
Im trying this for a month 💪 :
Currently: around 54 kg
Day 1 : completed (im exhausted)
Day 2 : completed!
Day 3 : i did half of it (too exhausted from playing basketball)
Day 4 : did 20 mins +kpop dances
Im 12 years old, i remembered that i did that exercise, and ppl told me ur body changed, but the first day i did that excersice my legs was really hurt and i was too lazy, but now, i promised my self not to stop doing it, and i hope i will ove my body after this workout, i will never gonna give up, even in my first day i skipped alot of it, but its ok i still have 2 weeks, i hope i will stop crying cuz im fat, and i hate when i go to hospital and they tell me my wheight in a loud voice, that really hurts, but from now, i wil never ever give up, i will not worry when ppl asks me about my weight, im not going to do a diet bc im small for a diet
I’m 231 pounds now , during quarantine i starred exercising and got to 180 pounds but just after quarantine i started my bad diet again , I’ve started again from today , hope I’ll loose all of those excess fat very soon , thank you robertas gym for this very helpful video
