Day 1 : went good did it while fasting my arm hurts and feels heavy
Day 2 : rest
Day 3 : felt alot better than Day 1 but overall same experience
Day 4 : rest
Day 4: able to do push ups way better 2 sets of 10 pushups without hurting or having to do girl push ups
Day 5 I am hoping to do with weights and doing it 4 times a week continuously
(Currently doing while fasting)
Stopped for 3-2 weeks because of injury
1 week back in and my chest got bigger and my arms got stronger.
15 pushups easily
Trying to search for how to/if its even viable to make gains without equipment and all I find is a bunch of people with no shirts who definitely use equipment lol
Our body doesn’t know how why stimulate the muscles and it doesn’t care whether we use our body or weight or we workout at gym or home . As long as it gets enough force and tension it adapts. The only downside with home workout is that over time the number of reps that need to be performed goes high and the ability to build strength get limited.
