    Woah this is difficult and I love this am slightly obese I started with jump rope and I was able to do 1500 per day in 50 min I got bored of it and stoped I started gaining the few lbs I dropped back then I stumbled on this I could only keep up till the 8min I hope in a month time I can finish this

    Roberta’s Gym have never disappointed me at any cost.. Lots of work out and as simple as they are efficient.. Dear, Roberta sir, a small SUGGESTION.. Can you add details of calories burnt in this exercise?

    💙18 nov ’22: My first day.. Very hard.. Literally these 30 mins are surwly hell.. A lot of sweat.. Keep on watching the video when will it end.. Took some exrra 1 min breaks inbetween.. But finally, completing 30 mins workout, I feel like very light in air.. So much sweat but after those sweats,i can feel a clear fresh breath! I weight 74 kgs or somewhere between 149 lbs… I don’t have weighing machine..i can see my weight once when i visit hospital.. Don’t worry.. I have monthly appointment with doctor😊I’LL UPDATE DAILY.STAY TUNED❤️

    ❤️19 nov ’22:Easier than yesterday.. Really easier.. I can manage upto 15 mins without a 1 min rest.. Took only 3 one min rests in the whole.. But after exercise, felt very light.. Literally very light after a long years.. My abs is very chill and cool(due to sweat)I surely believe that this exercise could help me.. I can easily contract my tummy inside and hell.. I can see my tummy flatttt!!!Surely I’ll lose weight.. I’LL UPDATE FURTHER

    💚20 nov ’22:WHO advices cardio to be done 5 times once a week.. So, i give rest to my cardio this Sunday.. Still eager to workout, but you should also respect body’s capacities.. Still feeling soo lighter😍😍🥰

    ❤️21 nov ’22:Literally felt so much easy but the amount of sweat is same!Yesss!!! I can do this exercise without so much strains and exhaust as than the former one..Great relief from stress and tiredness.. Really, you guys think that exercises makes you tired.. But, once you’re into them, you could literally be dull and lazy without that exercise!No much visible changes from my outer appearances.. Hope, the weigh machine shows some results.. Let’s hope the best and continue

    💙22 nov ’22:Rest Today.. Coz i had went on a trekking to a temple which is on mountain.. Walked more than 10000 steps and nearly exhausted.. So.. I think it’s enough today!

    💚23 nov ’22:Felt very much easier than ever.. Never took breaks in between✌️But..Belly fat remains same.. Little frusturated😢Whatever happens.. I’ll try this exercise 1 month🥺Pls pray for me that I should see some results guys🥺Really heart breaken.. My belly seems to be of same size😭

    ❤️24 nov ’22:Morover this exercise seems like to reduce chest fat and tone our chest muscle. I can see a very littpe difference in belly area but my chest fat seems to so kuch reduced.. Don’t know what will happen.. But I’ll keep trying for a month and will update my weight.. Let’s see …

    💙25 nov ’22:Finished with a hell lot of sweat as usual.. But worthy.. I can feel difference.. My friends who saw me a long after while, asked me whether i am on diet🤩Surely worthy..

    FINALLY GUYS.. ITS 30 DEC!!!sure I’ve lost my weoght.. Damn sure.. Can’t see much greater difference.. But damn sure my belly and but have gained some flat shape.. My neighbours told me why iam becoming thin day by day🙈Great results.. Thank you so kuch ROBERTO♥️

    UPDATE:WEIGHT CHECKED.. BELIEVE IT OR NOT.. I’ve LOST 4 KGS… 🔥HAVE FAITH IN YOU.. SURELY YOU’LL SUCCEED.. 4KGS IN A MONTH IS A VERY DECENT TRANSFORMATION❤️GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME.. YOU’VE TO BELIEVE IN PROCESS💙

    Damn this workout kicked my ass. I haven’t done a workout like this in God knows how long. So naturally I did have to pause from time to time. But hey! I did it. I feel great. I’ve put on too much weight lately. I’m trying to fix that and I want to be healthier again. 🥀🖤

  33. Day 1 : I did it for 17 minutes. I was tired and my heartbeat was racing in a Marathon.
    Let’s see what will happen tomorrow.
    Day 2 : No cardio only aerobics.
    Day 3 : Same as 2. I’m gonna do cardio and aerobics only 3 days.

    Love this workout! I usually do this video on Wednesdays and different videos, an outdoor jog, eliptical and stationary bike on my other work out days. I don’t take breaks to make it more intense. I just continue each exercise until the next one begins. In order to make it even more intense jump when twisting side to side and run in place when doing arm circles. Make it your OWN!
