Day 1.
3 out of 5 exercise not complete and I am already laying down on my chair panting for 10mins. Reality check. I am very weak and that is not good
Day 1: done. didn’t struggle a whole lot and i was able to execute most of the exercises without in-between breaks.
Day 2: done. similar to yesterday but today i struggled a lot more due to doing 3 rounds of this compared to yesterday were i did just one.
Day 3: only did 1 round as i didn’t have enough time due to exams
Day 4: took this day off
I’ll come back in exactly one month (if I remember, can someone like this comment?) and tell you how much I weigh then. I’m 223 at 15 (5’10 so I don’t really look like a blob). See you June 26th 😄
Im an overweight teen but I tried this because I wanted to get better, well it was really hard and some points I wasn’t able to do anything but I still tried and I’m gonna do this everyday untill I can do it with ease and I’m not as overweight
I have enough of my friends and neighbors they always bully me being fat 🙁 so im gonna glow up after i burn as many calories until i get muscles and abs 🙂

If I can only make it through 2 of these and im changing some of the exercises that im physically unable. Will I still start to see results on the workout side? (I eat really nutritious food now and moderate calories, 40lbs down but still not where I want)
I’m gonna start to do this and another ten minute video to switch it up a little. I’ve done other YouTube ones and lost over 20 pounds in two months which is great! Kings all I have to say to you is keep going, at first it will be rough, you’ll wanna give up, wanna quit but soon after a week or two you’ll start seeing a tiny bit of progress and that will hopefully keep you going, it did for me! So don’t give up! It’ll take time but we’ll get there together! You got this king! Come claim your crown when you’ve made progress, any! 👑
This video has helped me a lot my confidence is terrible and so I struggle with press ups because I don’t believe in myself and I know this isn’t much but other the past week I’ve gone from being only able to do 1 barley to being able to do 5 proper push ups so this helps a lot thank you
Is it okay to do like 30-60 day protein shake only and then clean diet after.

So I suck doing push ups. The most I can do is maybe 3… 😔 can I replace push up with another reasonable fat burner exercise? 😕
