I’m 143 lbs 5’4-5’5. I could only do 5 minutes and 38 seconds I stopped because it started to hurt up my ankles. Then I did some thigh workouts. Is it normal for me to only last this long? I’m worried

This is my new favourite workout! It was very very good and my heart rate was up the entire time (average bpm was 149 and highest was 169). For anyone wondering, I’m 55kgs (about 121 pounds) and 161 cm tall (5’3) and I burned 229 calories from doing this workout without any breaks.
Ps. I use a fit bit versa 3 to track my calories and workouts and sometimes I think it underestimates lol, but that a lot for me to burn in just 30 minutes so I’m very happy about it.

i overate today and felt really bad about it, so i used this as my last resort. i told myself getting half of this done will be okay, but i surprised myself by completing the whole entire video! i dont know how to describe how proud i feel. the guilt from overeating went away miraculously too. after a day of sitting down for exam prep, this was my perfect evening exercise. im feeling lighter and so much better. thank you!!

Do you guys think it’s better to do the version without modifications taking longer stretch breaks in between or switch to the modification version when you are really dying without taking extra breaks?
Hi I’m 160 cm and 55kgs I burned 322 calories and I forgot to start my workout for 5 minutes so probably around 330 calories. SO need less to say this was a super intense workout and all the breaks were really useful and it was over before I knew. I really like this workout highly recommend.👍

I finished it now, pretty sure i got like 2 knots on both legs and dont feel much from the my lower thigh down. Great workout though! Really started sweating, and I finished like 2 bottles of watter.
I’ve done this workout for a good 3 weeks now and I’ve lost 1.5kg! Actually, I’m so surprised because I only worked out on days I feel like doing it, I still got compliments on how my body toned up, although I didn’t even have a diet. I just eat less junk food :)))

i have been doing this workout not everyday but like 2-3 times a week bcs of some personal reasons but i’ve also been doing a 10 minute cardio , i’ve been trying to do that 4 times a week and i cut out all soda and junk and i have lost like two pounds!! this workout is amazing i love it when it hits the 10 minute mark bcs we get more breaks 😭😭 idk how much i burn .. im 4’11 and 105 lbs and im 13 can anyone help me approximate how much i burn ? im only doing this excerise to get myself ready for school bcs i have to do a spott

Great music and loved how I could switch to the modification if I needed a breather. Measured my heart rate at it was 158 and the finish
