Hey! I got a question: so the more often I do this workout the easier it gets – considering it’s a HIIT workout though, isn’t it supposed to make me feel really exhausted to achieve the most effect? Now that I’m more used to it, should I add another workout after or will it still burn the same amount of calories without? I don’t really have more time than 20-30mins to workout in one day.
I am 7 months postpartum to my first child, and I haven’t workout ever since. This workout made me feel I’m out of shape (bc I am), but it also made me realize to not give up! I just wanna lose my baby fat and this video was perfect for my time 🙏🏼
I do this workout with a certain diet- I eat one banana for breakfast, a sweet potato for lunch, and a plant based protein shake so I get my greens and protein for dinner. Throughout the day, I drink 1-2 cups of a really bitter drink which surprisingly helps me with the diet. Throughout the day, when I’m hungry, I eat snacks. However, they must be healthy (Ex: fruits, veggies)
-For the drink- (one serving)
Boil 2 cups of water, bring to steady boil
Add in half an inch of ginger slices, peeled, boil for 2 mins.
About 1/8 of a lemon, cut to two thin slices. Squeeze lemon juice from the slices to the boiling water, and add half a tbsp of lime juice.
Boil for 4 mins.
Then add in half a stick of cinnamon and boil for another 3 mins.
Let it cool for 4 mins before adding in 1/2-1 tbsp of honey and drink.
WARNING: THE DRINK IS HORRIBLE BUT DRINK IF U NEED SMT TO MAKE U NOT HUNGRY
Did this workout after 1 year of hiatus from exercise , have literally 0 muscle mass left
I used to be able to do 20 kg weights without break but now even this seemed so hard 😅 I completed this without break and my hands are literally shaking rt now
I’m gonna be patient 😌
I did the work out it was cool but it’s not good to tell people that they will burn around 500 calories. Btw I only burn 160, and I wasn’t so exhausted even if I push myself.
It’s a good exercise for health but when I read the tittle I thought that it will push myself into my limit lol . So u dont have to lie
i have been goi8ng to gym for 1 years and today i could do this workout nonstop and it wasnt impossible for me it was so easy and now i feel successfull 🤣🤣🤣❤❤
OMG!!! im a burning machine, i burn kcalories so fast even tho im done with the workout. when i finished i was on 106 kcalories now its been 6-7 min and im on 154 kcalories!!! AND IT KEEPS GOING

I was gonna say nah I can handle everyday for a week but… haha I dont think I can! Plus I dont think that’s healthy so. Anyways yeah. This BURNS BADDD. Anyways this is day 1 🙂
This workout hits diff. I needed to burn some calories and wauww what a result. This is the first productive but easy workout I found.. KEEP GOING EVERYONE
Day one: the mental block before doing this is crazy. I haven’t worked out in a while so I want to get back into a routine. Finished! Ended it with a good stretch, thank you for the video!
Day two: finished strong, every time I do this workout I feel happy and proud that I did it!
Day 3: today I did this earlier than I usually do so Jess struggling just a little bit, I’ll be better tomorrow!
I love this workout. When I first did it, I added jumping jacks in place of 4 of the workouts that were hard, and didn’t finish all of the moves. The second time I replaced 2 of the moves, but finished everything. Today (3) I finished every move, and didn’t replace any moves, I also added a .6 mile on a very steep incline run, and some stretching at the end. STICK WITH THIS BECAUSE IT WORKS!
finally after a year gonna do some cardio wish me luck my height is 158cm and weight 65 i just gained 7 kgs in last month goal:50-55kgs gonna share my progress here
Second time doing this workout. That’s embarrasing I’m doing sports for 8 years now and I feel dead after 20 minutes of training. Burned 105 calories while I should gain weight. Still great, exhausting and I would recommend it!
for me it was not that burning and its more of an ABS workout than cardio. i can recommend the cloe ting one for anyone who really wants to be dead after a full body workout
This was one of the best work out I did… Just one suggestion.. Kindly add 3-4 min warmup before you start… I m feeling so energetic n free after doing this workout.

I split this exercise as I am beginner, Round 1 and 2 I do it in Morning and Round 3 I do it in evening. This helped me a lot. Thanks ❤️
