Hi! I cant be doing any noisy stuff cause my room is upstairs. Is there any substitute for the last knee touch exercise that still burns the same amount?
I tried this workout and here’s my honest review. As an ‘almost’ intermediate person, I find this workout not effective for weight lose. If you want to get started and gain some strength, this workout is great. Also for those who are looking for low impact workout. I would give it 4/5 for someone who is a beginner. Try more cardio and prepare yourself for HIIT. But don’t push yourself to hard. Also a reminder, take enough break. During HIIT or cardio, our blood pressure increases and it can result into cardiac arrest! Many people don’t know about this. So take enough and longer breaks, have a diet and drink water!!
Starting this workout with 15 min intense, at least 4 days/week. Right now(1st Jan, 2023) at 66.20 kg.

When I teach dance fitness I provide modifications for some moves to increase intensity to those looking for more, are already fit, or who’ve plateau(ed) with the same routine.
Thats why taking a strolling walk doesn’t burn as many calories as taking a walk that’s making it challenging to hold a conversation. You’d burn 2 totally different calorie ranges.

It really didnt felt like a hit but I ran out of breath a litlle bit in the end. Fells like warm up at my trainigs but still amazing.

I liked it, but It is a rather easy workout, heart rate barely raised up to 140 although I tried to do the exercises faster than the trainer herself.
