    starting stats:
    162cm
    female
    aged 13
    42.9kg
    (i do this workout twice a day every day)

    day 1:✅did it twice. hard.
    ate today: two medium green apples
    two small hash browns
    weight: 42.1kg

  19. Everyone says this burns 50 calories which is kinda true but not rlly Becoz ur body burns more calories after a workout , so u will burn the other 50 calories only if u rest 10 min after the workout and check again

    My weight is 70 kg and I did this workout two times after taking 5 minutes rest in between and I burnt 250 calories
