I did other exercises for 3 months I was obsessed the first and second month I loose weight and the 3rd month I tried some other muscle building exercises but they were not effect but this one is perfect for me it is exhausting . Will keep doing for several months

Sometimes I like to do some YouTube workouts to mix things up from weights and MTB. This was a good find. I’m not always in the mood to lift weights so these videos sure help keep some motivation going! 💪

ive always been naturally really skinny and have never worked out at all lol but i wanna try this workout and do this like 3 days a week and be as consistent as possuble
do u think ill be able to actually gain some muscle and definition? since im skinny i already have some definition but id like to be more fit

If you do this, be prepared for “legs” to just be your glutes and hamstrings. No calf workout at all.

Guys, if you’ve never worked out before or if it’s been a long time since you’ve worked out, take it easy and ease yourself into this. I got rhabdo doing this workout. It’s a lot harder than it looks. Be careful.
So I could only do two sets of each before my muscles turned to jelly and I couldn’t move…for context I literally just started working out today, but I have a very physical job

I’ll be cutting for 12 weeks and after 9th week I will be goin on vacation for 1 week. I’ll not be able to hit the weights that is why I will do it on holiday instead of lifts.

I’m trying to build muscle in my whole body and i am willing to work out 5-6 days a week. Will doing this 5-6 times a week be enough to build a lot of muscle in a year or should i do a 45-60 min workout instead? Or should I maybe work on different body parts 30 minutes a day, would that be better for me? I’d really appreciate an answer 🙏
Hi, today I followed this and I haven’t worked out for many years so I wasn’t able to lift my self at all after the third set of normal pushups. Is there any suggestion or advice as to what should I do?

Hey im Skinn Fat, i was reading that i have to much fat and less muscles. So i need to do Strenght workouts in the gym. But i cant afford the gym, so is a workout such this one good for my needings? Im actually not sure haha. I can imagine, that this workout is okay, but for faster results i need to go to the gym. And how long do i do this workout, i mean i must progess with the weights i dont have ^^

Lower body was ok I tend to run a lot and do other exercises but damn I struggled with the upper body I couldn’t even do one push up. I’ll try to work more on my upper strength.😝
I’m 65 years old and fairly fit.
Just completed this workout and found this harder than any other workout I’ve done, I struggled on the shoulder press , but thoroughly enjoyed it and will do this 2/3 times a week great!!!
