I keep finding your routines and they are one of the few that really get me sweaty and push me to go harder. Is there any advice for beginners on the assisted pistol squats?? I’m struggling so hard with stability (I’m also flat footed)
This was ridiculous. 20 seconds is not long enough at all and with a “workout along with me” video we don’t need you explaining how each exercise are going to help us every 20 seconds. Not to mention these exercises are so odd! Like what? It takes me 20 seconded just to figure out what you’re doing. Not good
So I know you posted this over a year ago and probably won’t see this, but in case you do I have a question. I am still very new to lifting and I am fairly weak. I was using a 20lbs Dumbell and was able to do most of the workouts with the only issue being balance sometimes. However, the pistol Squats, I can’t even do a single pistol squat even without weights. What can I do to try to work up to that? Between leg days?
