    I’ve tried this workout I am at the 10:51 Timestamp, trying to lose weight and increase intelligence, what I did was I slept for 25 minutes or 30 minutes then I started exercise.

    Day 1: – ✅ ok so I did the workout, I’m sweating bad and I completed the whole workout, and ended on 17:30 timestamp I’m very determined to complete this until 7 days.

    Day 2: – Tomorrow the 31st.

    Day 3: – Monday, November 1st.

    Day 4: – Tuesday, November 2nd.

    Day 5: – Wednesday, November 3rd.

    Day 6: – Thursday, November 4th.

    Day 7: – Final Results. (✅). I put the check so I can remember it. (Friday, November 5th 2021).

    I’m going to edit this everyday.

    Oh my god.. 2 hrs ka exercise ek taraf yeh 17 mins ka exercise ek taraf band baza deta h 17 mins me jo bhi new h jisne 1 2 din hua h exercise krte hua i beat you 17 mins ka yeh exercise complete nhi kr paoge.. Mai 1st day nhi complete kr pai 2 nd day badi muskil se kr liya uffff 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵yaisi hogai halat abhi meri😓😓😓😓

    Confess and repent of all your sins in prayer in the name of Jesus.
    Forgive those who have harmed you (this will free you from anger) as God forgave you.
    Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible).
    Live pure and stop sinning.
    If you sin unwillfully confess and repent for none of us are perfect except Jesus.

    Be obedient.
    Follow the spiritual laws: 
    Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.

    Develop a relationship with God. Walk with him in the cool of the day…
