PRECISELY what I was looking for tonight. I SO appreciate when YouTube search gets the results right. Either I’ve sharpened my keyword skills or YT have gotten better at narrowing down search preferences. Today was one of those days where working out took some convincing but I couldn’t afford to skip, so I figured if I could at LEAST find a short workout with consistent movement to burn energy, it’ll be worth it. EXACTLY what I needed.
