Great video. After hurting myself at the gym, lifting weight scares me. I’ve also had and still have significant health issues that make lifting weights difficult and many doctors don’t recommend it. I thought that you would want to avoid the plank and push up if you have diastasis Recti? I thought your channel was focused on exercises for people with that condition.

Very effective advices doc
People looking for bodyweight exercises typically don’t have or don’t want to purchase equipment and those cheap pull-up bars damage doors and come lose. You’re potentially setting someone up to injure themselves with that advice.
I have done many of the lower body ones as part of many times through PT. My favorite is plank. Will try the harder variation. Thanks for the modifications especially on the pull up. I can’t even do one so will try the broomstick on the chairs.
As someone working in health care, I can recommend these awesome exercises. No equipment needed and you can even do these on you holidays.
Do you have any exercises for 1. tightening your abs and ones to 2. prevent you looking like a hunch back. Thanks.

Sir i am sports man , sir before one month i am suffering from Quad tightness and whenever I am doing ground practise next day I feel Quad tighteness and very uncomfortable in running, sprinting so then I go local physiotherapist and He said that you have to do weight training… Sir I did but now also I am feeling tighteness but less, sir I want to play but now I can not able to play, sir I am very disturb please understand my problem… Sir please help me.
Maybe you can help me and a bunch of other folks. I got a VR headset and got Beat Saber to keep moving, and it often go well for me, until one movement. It is when two cubes come at the same time on the opposite side so I has to cross my arms to hit them, then I hear a *donk* in my shoulder/back, I then started to stretch with self hugging so I did get a pit more flexible, and I did not feel that *donk* when doing so. But then I stated to play again and when that combination came it was the same, a *donk* and an unpleasant feeling, but not painful, it just feel odd.
I asked in a Discord server if other folk had this and if they knew what to do, there was many that had the same problem, but no one had an answer how to overcome it.

With the push-up, I’ve always been taught and have continued to teach, from a boxing perspective, push-ups with the elbows tight against the body are far more effective than with the elbows flared. Would you agree with this?

I am doing the exercises for knee pain to strengthen my hip and glute to see if it will help with knee pain
