I did at home workouts for like 3 -4 month and what I know is that you won’t really see changes but you will definitely feel them. You get a lot stronger and the workouts get easier.
Has anyone done this several times because I am new to this workout and I started it today I want to know if it actually builds muscles on u I will do it a day skip a day
Every time I do this workout, I feel so wonderful about myself! I couldn’t even complete half of the exercises the first time I attempted it, but now I can do them without any difficulty. thank you for making this!
I have done 1st time successfully I will do daily this excercise on daily basis I want to gain my weight want to make my body muscles coz am too much skinny I hope it will help full for myself

Day 2 of doing this and my goal is to gain muscle weight 💪 I’m tried of being week and a stick, these workouts are challenging for me but I push myself through them and I feel a change afterwards, so I will be combining this with more eating but healthy, I’m really just trying to make my body healthy, make a change for my self yk?
