Going to be doing this to get ready for a test follow me on my journey I will be starting tomorrow morning I will be doing this workout plus running on a treadmill.
Will make me lose more weight or be more effective if I do twice a day?

I started this workout on august 12 2022 I am currently 147 pounds and in 7th grade, yes I know overweight. I am hoping this works! Hopefully I will find the motivation to do this workout not only 7 days but everyday for at least 4 weeks. I will give an update if this works on my 7th day!

Day 1: It was actually pretty fun! I didn’t find it too difficult, but I did drink water throughout the workout.
Day 2: Today I was kind of tired so it was harder, but it still wasn’t too terribly difficult. Same as yesterday, I drank water throughout the workout. Also, no noticeable differences, but my muscles around my waist and hips feel sore.
Day 3: Sorry! I forgot to edit yesterday. I found it a little easier than Day 2 and I found myself needing to drink water less. Another thing to mention is that on the night of Day 1 and 2 I had breaded mozzarella sticks, besides that I’ve basically just been eating sandwiches for lunch, and whatever my mom makes for dinner.
Does this help with belly and chest fat as well?
Is 7 min enough for loss weight or need to add more?

I’ve been doing this for 7 days and I’m just going to be completely honest with my experience. Just keep in mind I didn’t change and of my eating habits but I started drinking more water than I was. But the first 2 days I felt it really wasn’t doing enough. So I added another 7 minute workout and i started feeling it. Fast forward to day 7 and honestly I don’t really see a difference. So keep in mind diet and exercise is key if you want good results. I can say I feel more energized and feel I can move around more without getting tired as easily. I’m not giving up though just need to make a few adjustments.

day one: okay honestly, i was really tired and couldn’t even finish the whole exercise 🙁 i did halfway and i’m sweating so much which is a good sign! i’ll try again tmmrw and see if i could do it better

I have done Lucy’s workout for 5 days now and I can say it works. I have lost a couple inches round the stomach where I carry a lot of my weight and I am now comfortable in t-shirts. Which I didn’t think would happen again. Thank you so much Lucy, your the best. You have restored a lot of my self confidence. ❤️

Day 1✅-didn’t feel anything until the end but I’m also doing this and then paring it with the daisy keech workouts afterwards to get a nice hour glass shape I will update tomorrow when I do it

alright I’m doing this and to motivate me to keep up I’m going to be updating my journey here.
Day 1: I first did a simple low impact cardio workout (which wasn’t that easy btw I had to stop 2times and the workout was only 10 min long, I know I’m in a really really bad shape, that’s why I’m doing this) I just finished this one and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, I had some difficulties with some of the moves so I don’t know if I got 100% of the impact but I’m not too woried about it, it’ll get better as the days goes on
