Things like top spin on the drive defence etc. It’s too easy to find simple videos which are great for beginners but theres not a lot of really advanced trainings. Might be a bit of a niche that’s missing from YT badminton videos 😉

Awesome video!! I’ve just had a go at the circuit. Only managed 2 rounds with 8 reps and then had to go to 6 for the last set
