  8. gonna do this with some other exercises to help lose some weight and fat!
    i’m doing:
    daisy keech hourglass workout
    emi wong 11 day slim legs
    lily sabree 11 day slim inner thigh
    BAILEY BROWN 5 minute butt lift!

    i’m gonna do this for as long as i need to (maybe a month) so yasss
    i’ll update this everyday!

  11. I’ve been doing this since february with other workouts and just general exercise + healthier eating habits and it most definitely does work! 🙂 it gets easier over time probably my favorite workout to do

    Día 4: ❌ me tomé un descanso
    Día 5: ✅
    Día 6: ✅
    Día 7: ✅
    Primera semana completada
    Perdí 2 kilos, por lo cual ahora paso 65,3kg, cabe decir que estoy haciendo dieta por lo cual he perdido tanto peso en poco tiempo, así que para mayores resultados recomiendo tener una buena alimentación.

    Day 1: was very exhausted afterwards but i was quicker than i thought it would feel like

    before weight- 49.55 kg
    day 1: done once,,damn it was hard af
    day 2: both of my thighs were sore and shaky idk why
    day 3: done once

    Doing this twice a day back-to-back

    I am eating under 1,200 cal per day too

    At 97ish LBS right now

    Day 1: ✅ Pretty alright! Not too exhausted

    Day 2: ✅ A little sore— not bad!

    Day 3: ✅ A lot more sore in my back- but did 100 jumping jacks and more exercise with this!

    Day 4: ✅ Ate a lot more today— or more calories at least. Did this four times at 3 AM— painful but I got a lot done!!

    Day 5: ✅ Ate a lot less without really thinking, only 600ish calories! Don’t recommend doing this in a closet though, no air circulation 💀

    Day 6: ✅ Was pretty tricky today! I did it earlier in the day. My legs were kinda sore and it was a lot more difficult to breathe, gonna relax after!

    Day 7: ✅ Easier than yesterday! I’ve noticed I’m starting to lose some of my more feminine features, it’s great!!

    Day 8: ✅ Gotten easier over time! Still pretty tricky on the breathing though!

    Day 9: ✅ A LOT easier this time on the breathing! I ran two miles today but had some more calorie intake. I didn’t need a five minutes break in between exercises!

    Day 10: ✅ Definitely not easy at four AM 💀 but I get to rest at least!

    Day 11: ✅ Doing pretty good! Worked out and stretched after.

    Day 12: ✅ A little out of breath, not seeing a whole lot of progress, but we’ll keep trying!

    Day 13: ✅ Still a bit out of breath, but we’ll keep working at it!

    Day 14: ✅ Had a better time breathing!

    Day 15: ✅ Got a little hot, but it’s been easier to do over time!

    Day 16: ✅ A little low on energy, not seeing a lot of progress though. I still have very feminized features and look skinny-fat.

    Day 17: ✅ Couldn’t do it back to back since I hadn’t eaten for around 14 hours, only did it once, ate, then later did my second one.

    Day 18: ✅ Not a whole lotta progress, but I did okay!

    Day 19: ✅ Not really seeing results,, but got through it

    Day 20: ✅ Breathing was a bit tricky

    Day 21: ✅ A little tricky with breathing again

    Day 22: ✅ Ate more, stayed under my limit, but it was much easier to preserve energy! Was able to do this back to back four times today!

    Day 23: ✅ Not too awful!

    Day 24: ✅ Getting to be a little tricky again with breathing

    Day 25: ✅ Ate more, and this was much easier!

    Day 26: ✅ A bit more tiring, mostly cause I haven’t slept in three days.

    Day 27: ✅ Starting to lose a bit of hope

    Day 28: ✅ Very tiring, may consider stopping since I’m eating maybe 600 calories daily and haven’t made ANY difference in weight

    Day 29: ✅ Still very tiring

    Day 30: ✅ Not as tiring as yesterday

    Day 31: ✅ Ate more and it was a piece of cake today! Less harsh on the breathing!

    Day 32: ✅ Did better!

    Day 33: ✅ A bit harsh on breathing again

    Sunday July 3: i forgot to record but ive been doing it and lost count of days lol

    July 4: i almost passed out
