I’ve been doing this since february with other workouts and just general exercise + healthier eating habits and it most definitely does work! π it gets easier over time probably my favorite workout to do

this was so amazing, iβm in the process of recovering from an eating disorder and this is such a small yet fantastic way to start exercising healthily again. thank you ! <3

Day 3: β A lot more sore in my back- but did 100 jumping jacks and more exercise with this!
Day 4: β Ate a lot more todayβ or more calories at least. Did this four times at 3 AMβ painful but I got a lot done!!
Day 5: β Ate a lot less without really thinking, only 600ish calories! Donβt recommend doing this in a closet though, no air circulation π
Day 6: β Was pretty tricky today! I did it earlier in the day. My legs were kinda sore and it was a lot more difficult to breathe, gonna relax after!
Day 7: β Easier than yesterday! Iβve noticed Iβm starting to lose some of my more feminine features, itβs great!!
Day 8: β Gotten easier over time! Still pretty tricky on the breathing though!
Day 9: β A LOT easier this time on the breathing! I ran two miles today but had some more calorie intake. I didnβt need a five minutes break in between exercises!
Day 10: β Definitely not easy at four AM π but I get to rest at least!
Day 11: β Doing pretty good! Worked out and stretched after.
Day 12: β A little out of breath, not seeing a whole lot of progress, but weβll keep trying!
Day 13: β Still a bit out of breath, but weβll keep working at it!
Day 14: β Had a better time breathing!
Day 15: β Got a little hot, but itβs been easier to do over time!
Day 16: β A little low on energy, not seeing a lot of progress though. I still have very feminized features and look skinny-fat.
Day 17: β Couldnβt do it back to back since I hadnβt eaten for around 14 hours, only did it once, ate, then later did my second one.
Day 18: β Not a whole lotta progress, but I did okay!
Day 19: β Not really seeing results,, but got through it
Day 20: β Breathing was a bit tricky
Day 21: β A little tricky with breathing again
Day 22: β Ate more, stayed under my limit, but it was much easier to preserve energy! Was able to do this back to back four times today!
Day 23: β Not too awful!
Day 24: β Getting to be a little tricky again with breathing
Day 25: β Ate more, and this was much easier!
Day 26: β A bit more tiring, mostly cause I havenβt slept in three days.
Day 27: β Starting to lose a bit of hope
Day 28: β Very tiring, may consider stopping since Iβm eating maybe 600 calories daily and havenβt made ANY difference in weight
Day 29: β Still very tiring
Day 30: β Not as tiring as yesterday
Day 31: β Ate more and it was a piece of cake today! Less harsh on the breathing!

Day 33: β A bit harsh on breathing again
