It’s been a week since I’ve been exercising with this video, once a day. I was tired of the first time, but I started to get used to it. A warm-up exercise with just 5 minutes will definitely make you sweat. I’m going to keep increasing the intensity of my training a little bit. I will continue to update. (5.58 ft – 70kg).

  25. Elevatorman 546 says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:29 am

How many times a week should I do. I have a busy week and with all my other workouts, I feel like I can only do this once a week? Is it still a benefit? I am doing core and treadmill for my other workouts.

  26. This is perfect for me 🙂

  36. Presently Crescent says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:42 am

Pretty pathetic that I was actively wheezing by the jump rope and had to stop before the jumping jacks because I tasted actual BLOOD.
What’s irritating is that I’m not heavily overweight and most people say that I look pretty darn average. DOESN’T MEAN THAT I AM IN ANY WAY HEALTHY THOUGH
    OUCH. MY SELF-ESTEEM

  37. Perfect to start off 🙌

  38. Faith Dwyer says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:47 am

thank you for accommodating couch potatoes like me… this is definitely a workout but i am not going into cardiac arrest like so many of the other "beginners" workouts would put me through

  39. aurora ♡ says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:48 am

I’ve been doing this once in a week for the past few days and I think I feel much better! I can move around easier and my mood is always good!! Though, I don’t think I lost any weight by doing this cardio. I’m just doing it so I can feel better every morning ♡

  40. alicemakeskits says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:48 am

made it to the jump rope part before aggravating my old ankle sprain 😂 guess I’m switching to low impact stuff for a while.

  46. Herald Brian Gigante says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:54 am

I saw a 20 minute exercise but felt like wanting to know my limits first. I thought I can do it with a breeze but at halfway of the jumping jacks I felt side stitch. I needed a 30 minute rest a snack and few water to get my condition back.

It’s my first day exercising again, and first time doing it by myself. This vid is really helpful and doable.

  49. does anybody know how many calories this burns

  50. Random YT Guy says: August 1st, 2022 at 6:55 am

For those who wanna lose weight: no workout at all will make you lose weight if you don’t change your eating habits. Physical exercises help, of course, but the change starts in the kitchen. Good luck, you’ve got this!
