Maybe in the future could you put a count on example the side to side such as done in dancing. And in movements should we start with right leg or left leg or does it matter. And in breathing when to breath in and when to breath out. Know it may sound dum to some but some of us actually lose these skills that used to be so easy. Thank you I really think our good Lord will bless both your sweetheats forever for trying to help us I watch alot trying to get more mobile ugh!

I enjoy your videos and suggestions. I retired in July and I am attempting to be more fit. I have had a back fusion L4/L5 and a second back surgery to correct some issues after the first lumbar surgery. I am interested in exercises for strength and sciatica relief. I am over 60 and have gotten out of shape, so time to make adjustments. Lengthy walks are currently limited due to numbness down to my feet, mainly left side after 10 minutes. I am using a recumbent bike for movement.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for these, anything that helps keep me limber and helps with balance 👍

I like your advice, but you include too info that does not pertain to the exercise…..too much BS before showing the exercise.

  16. Jeanie McCombs says: May 30th, 2022 at 8:30 pm

I came to exercise, not to listen to a comedy routine, there’s no way I could watch this twice. I’ll try something else. (Hoping this is constructive criticism)

I love my 1970s Joe Weider doorknob pulley system 5-minute total body Shaper! Works the core and large leg muscle groups and flattens the tummy wonderfully.

I’m going to be 66 soon, overweight and spend lots of time at my laptop with poor posture. These exercises will help me get into it slowly. Thanks from American Samoa.

I can think of one exercise all seniors should do daily: pull out wallet or purse, hide $$ from the kids 👌😉🤣

  26. Catherine Carr says: May 30th, 2022 at 8:38 pm

The hat really suits you Bob!

I’ve been doing 20 squats twice a day for three weeks, but I’m not building my stamina. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you so much for sharing these
Videos! I am 65 and had a knee replacement in Oct of 2021. My PT was done after 2 months due to insurance. However, I followed you fine folks and was able to continue my progress.
Now here I am at at 5 months post op and have a great bend in my knee, do my own PT/ weight bearing exercises 3× wkly, and walk and hike. Planning on a backpacking trip in June with my daughter. Your videos helped me a great deal in healing and progressing! Thank you so much!

Good hints but cut to the chase guys. Too talky.

  41. Love these. I have a question about the wall angel, – your shoulders are against the wall, what about the rest of your back and hips? If my shoulders are flat, my lower back and hips are not on the wall.

LOVE the hat! So sweet that you wore it in honor of your father. Great exercises. I needed this.

I retired three years ago after years of being a desk jockey. The first two years of my retirement were mostly spent at my desk surfing the internet. After those two years, I decided to do something worthwhile and signed on to be an activity bus driver for the local school (I had done this back in the 80s and still had my CDL). I barely passed my "fit for duty" physical test and felt really embarrassed. After that, I came to youtube to find exercises for seniors and found many things I just couldn’t do. However, I did find Bob and Brad and several videos of theirs that are for seniors. At first, I thought these were elementary, but I realized this is where I needed to start…so I did. I’m happy to say that 5 months later, I’m better off than I was before, and have been able to move to exercises that are a little harder. I don’t ache all over as much and have a better outlook on life and myself. In addition to these videos, two other things I found that helped, was walking (I started at 10 minutes a day and now do 30 minutes a day) and spending more time on my feet (stand-up option desk, cooking in the kitchen, working at my workbench in my shop). I might add that I have not changed my diet, but I have lost 9 lbs and one inch off my waist. The biggest thing, people? Get off your duff and start slow and simple with these things that Bob and Brad give you…you’ll be able to progress from there. Thanks for the video!

Infra red heat pad you advertise is AWFUL. I now am careful what I order based on your reviews. I have bought some excellent products you recommended but I no longer blindly accept your ads

After I had a stroke, the hardest thing for me was getting in and out of my car. Can you recommend some exercises to strengthen those muscle groups? We all gotta load up to go back to our doctor offices.
