Went through Injuries and some personal stuff in my 20’s that caused me to give up on my fitness-centric lifestyle for 10 years. I never thought coming back to exercise after all that time would be so painful. Tried all sorts of beginner fitness videos but this one for me is a cut above the rest, actually starting to believe that I can get back to where I was.
I’ve been working out to this video, every evening for the past two weeks, in my garage. I’m a middle-aged male and doing aeobics. So far been successful. Hot as hell out here in Texas. Burning calories.
Unbelievably I made it to the end, so happy. Boasting a little but really want to encourage others that if I can do it so can you. I’m 66 yrs old, been in hospital twice in the last 4 months unable to walk. Last one a month ago was really bad being diagnosed with functional neurological disorder that also affect my speech. 2 weeks ago the Lord healed me but I was still very weak. First time 6.5 min, then 12.5 min, yesterday the day of rest and today finished it. Just the beginning for me, don’t give up, you can do it even it takes you 20 or more times to get through. Good luck in your journey.
I have been having years of surgeries, cancer, oopherectomy, hysterectomy and other health issues. I gained a lot of weight. I am getting back to health again slowly. I managed 14:00 minutes on my first day. I was motivated that real people were exercising in this video. Felt it was achievable.
Here i was hoping this would be good for me since i suffer from knee hyperextension and then my knee buckling at the 15 min mark hahahah Fantastic workout though! I was having so much fun till the obvious.
I am really thankfoul for this! This a nice workout that I can do all the Way at the weight of 180KG! Since I started I lost some kilos so Now I am less. I had many workout troughout the years And all of them worked, the differnce is that I was weight far less Than now And could more challenging workouts. At one point I was 92KG And it was awesome, but things happened in my life And gained soo much weight that I got obese again. I have many illneses so its quite difficult to loose weight. But now I am doing the 120 carbonhyrdite diet and it just works. Also killed of sugar and drinks like coke. I mostly drink tap water And sometimes a cocktail or a beer.
I absolutely loved this workout, and proud of myself that I could keep it up till the end.
Today was my 1st day, hopefully will try to do this 3 times a week, of course with sugar-free and flour-free diet,
Thank you Body project team!
This has helped but let’s face it, him saying he’d be taking a break if they weren’t there etc is absolute shite. Plus Angie must be thinking "I’m lifting more than Mr Stay Puft brings home…" This guy is a homewrecker.
Day one: Thought this would be really easy, seeing as I’m not out of shape (not necessarily IN SHAPE, mind you). But I only made it 17 minutes. I’m not sure how well I did, but I sure did feel it and I’d say that’s better than laying in bed. Already went on a walk today and so I didn’t feel all that bad about not completing the workout.
Day two: Did the whole thing! Almost didn’t do it at all because I ate so much today and felt like shit in general. But I did it and felt great.
Day three: Wasn’t panning on doing it today, and walked on the treadmill for about an hour instead and burned 500 calories. Then I did literally like 6 minutes of this thinking that I could do the whole thing when I very much could not.
Just completed for the first time. Not gonna lie I took many breaks, first workout Iβve attempted in months. Gonna keep repeating until I can do the whole thing on one go.
I decided to try this video after getting overheated exercising outside. Iβm not sure Iβm going to walk or jog outside again. I love these videos. The instructor is awesome. Heβs the right amount of everything in an exercise instructor. Iβve been doing keto, intermittent fasting and exercising outside but Iβm done with working out outside. Thank you so much for posting these for free.
I have PCOS, and i am having a hard time losing weight. It’s been years since I’ve tried but, no good result. Anyway I will try now to do this video and hopefully, there is a good result.
Please motivate me guys. I hope I could edit this comment too lol

Got food poisoning last month and I’ve not bothered with exercise or counting calories… so ofc I put on like 8kilos in just over a month. My knees are crap and I stumbled onto this workout, I’m sweatier than I have been in ages. I’m going to do this at least 3 times a week with weights the other 2 days and see how it goes… leaving this comment here so I can check in and update progress. Thanks for the workout, I feel good!
Hi Daniel and the Body Project team! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heartβa healthier heart in great part thanks to youβfor your wonderful workouts and your encouraging spirit. I started following your videos early in the pandemic and have continued with them since, with a 6-month break for surgery on a meniscus tear. I started out 61 years old and 175 pounds; now Iβm 64, 162 pounds, and my BP is the best itβs been in years. Though of course weβve never met, I think of you all as good friends with whom I visit three or four times a week. Again, thank you for the wonderful, important work that you do. I think youβve added years to my lifeβwhat greater gift could you give? β Joseph, musician, NYC

Documenting doing this for a month:
(keep in mind this won’t be super consistent, because I don’t have much of a schedule except that I won’t be doing it every day)
(starting weight: 136 pounds/62 kilos/9.7 stones
finishing weight: tbd)
Day one: Thought this would be really easy, seeing as I’m not out of shape (not necessarily IN SHAPE, mind you). But I only made it 17 minutes. 1st day 6.5 min and today 12.5 min. Happy to have made it this far. Coming from a very low base so proud of what I have done thus far.
If 14 and i can only do 25 mins cause at that time i feel dizzy
Just completed for the first time. Not gonna lie I took many breaks, first workout Iβve attempted in months. Gonna keep repeating until I can do the whole thing on one go.
Unlike other workouts I’ve tried, this was by far the best. I was sweating very much but with low pain . It really Burns a lot with less pressure. Thnq. I’m gonna continue this π€©
Man I felt like I could do this, my knees didn’t ache at all during it. Thank you so much I will try to do as much as I can everyday!
i like it thank you BP
