Hey @Roberta I’m Doing it for 9 days….i don’t sweat a little from tha day 1….also I feel very easy doing this… it’s like I’m just chilling…i only breathe fast in knee tuck crunches that’s all. Should I do some more excercises along with this????

Hello, if anyone wants to make it a little harder and a little faster, do only two breaks. And make them water breaks, if you want. Also skip the countdown before each exercise. And also remeber, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. And of course if you feel a little lightheaded, take more breaks, never hurt or over-do it.
Also little side note: if its too hard and you have to do it with a lot of breaks, then take them, don’t be discouraged, you’re still doing better than the ones eating chips on the couch, YOU GOT THIS. <333

Hey, I have a question to ask. I have been doing this exercise for 1 week before that I have done for 2 weeks but then took a week break. Today what I noticed is both of the side doesn’t look similar, one side fat has burnt but on the other side no. From waist to hip I see the changes only in one side. Whether I need to get concerned about this? Whether my body will look weird?
