Day 1 – I started this workout today and my heart was paining like crazy in 20th min.. I felt dizzy tired and sleepy after finishing.. After 7 hrs i felt body soreness all around my body and i will update in following days how it worked for me or not..
I used to do this workout a year ago and it was so helpfull my body got a perfect shape but i had to stop this due to my exams and studies but now am starting this again because this video is completely trustworthy and want my perfect body back

Due to my neet preparation i have put on weight , current wt 68kg goal-50kg
Date 20.01.2023
Day1- 68kg was able to do for 20mins, eating everything have cut down processed n sugar items, will be updating wt ,a week later.
Day 2 – cud do for 22mins

Hello.. After I had my first baby. I put on a 10 weight. So I started today.. I could do the 30 mins full exercises. Looking forward to do more of your exercises. I want to loose weight and be slim.
From today I’m starting this workout let’s see what happen after month Day 1: done ✅ I feel relax and calm after doing it.
Day 2: done ✅ my legs and whole body hurt I can’t even sit down but it’s worth it.
Day :3 rest because my legs are hurting I thik i over did myself..
Waist is 32.. Want 26 waist.
Day 1: Done till the plank because I was very tired..
Day2: it was Saturday means cheaaatttday so I skipped also my body was in pain.
Day3: done.. But not all as I’m a beginner
Day 4: done till reverse crunches.
Day 5: done till the reverse crunches as Im having pain in my all body soo wanna keep it easy.
Day6: done exercises + played football for 1 hour.
Day 7 and 8: skipped…
I am 53 rn I have to do it 45
I am gonna make it ik 🙂
I am trying from 1 yr but nothing so much effective happening from other workout as I am not able to be consistent so yea this time I’ll be i guess 😅

I do morning 15 mins and evening 15 mins but I don’t know it’s work or not 😭
