Beginner Day 1: Could only get through half of it but I had stretched before and considering this is the first day I did the best I could. I’ll be back tomorrow to do further than I did today!!
Love everything about your workout! As an older gal I appreciate the no-impact aspect and your constant encouragement. Keep up the excellent work! I’ve subscribed and look forward to more of your workouts.
Going to start doing this every day. I’m self conscious and don’t want to go to the gym and man this made my whole body sweat and ache! Hopefully that’s a good sign lol
I only came here to post a complement.
I had nagging upper back issues, neck tension and what I believed to be rotator cuff injury/damage. I never did get an MRI to find out what it was. For a while I put an emphasis on trying to sleep on my back and relax my neck in a proper posture position, that helped a little. I also did a bunch of rotator cuff exercises, and that helped some more, but the issues persisted. I’d still get really annoying twinges in my shoulders at certain positions, and upper-neck tension that led to headaches.
Then I found this video on a discord somewhere, and I think I only saved it to desktop because she’s attractive (obviously). But anyway I started doing this routine daily regardless. Mind you, my fitness before this wasn’t a total slouch anyway, I can pretty easily run 3 miles in about 30-40 minutes, and my weightlifting has always been OK. But I never worked my core.
Well about 6 weeks after doing this workout (which honestly look to be some of the silly movements they made us do as kids in grade school PE class), my shoulder and neck issues are almost entirely gone. I can’t remember the last time my shoulder hurt, and the neck tension is slowly going away. I still have no idea what exactly was weak about me, but this routine seems to have hit it and eliminated some persistent issues because of whatever weakness I had.
It was about TIME for another 30 minute workout… am I right? 👏 Hope you guys enjoyed this one! No equipment, no jumping, no excuses! Let’s get to it!! 🔥

Las elecciones cinematográficas y artísticas son brillantes. Referencias culturales europeas realmente interesantes. Ojalá la cultura europea se representara más a menudo tan bellamente. No puedo dejar de decir "oh, esto es hermoso" a lo largo del video. Luz, en serio… el que se encargue de la iluminación, genial…
Dear Madfit I found this very difficult but hopefully that is a good thing. It felt much longer than 30 minutes. I used to go the gym, I’ve been to . But even at age 26 I still don’t know what all my different muscle groups are called, what the gym equipment is called or how to use it without looking at instructions or asking someone. I am in a lot of hardship.I live alone in a very poor quality roperpty yet have to act otherwise or else I would not get up, I I am unable to afford a gym. I am too ugly, diseased, flat chested, hairy and wonky even for ladies only gyms. I am a victim of anti social behaviout. I have no degree or life skills. I am currently out of work. I have nothing, cannot even afford grocerie.. I hope that through getting back to the home workouts which I officialy began doing in 2019 then stopped, that I can become a much stronger person inside and outside. I envy naturally fit people like you and I would die for such clear skin but I am who I am and no matter how cruel the world I must embrace it, right?
Why did you do this to me😭😭
