Day 1: ✅ (It was pretty hard to do , my legs were almost paralyzed ,my upper body was sweating excessively but I could definitely feel my body tightening up in the first day only)

Day 1: I almost died 💀 IT WAS SO HARD!!
Day 2: it felt a little bit easier this time.
Day 3: i was super sore before I did the exercise. But Im glad I did.
Day 4: ✅

Day 6: it’s been way easier now. Of course there are certain exercise that absolutely KILL me

For those who’s hard headed and won’t follow instructions, I really recommend you do this exercise 2 hours after eating. If you don’t, you’ll experience tummy cramps and vomiting.

GOAL: every day 2 weeks straight try to tone down your leg fat and slight visibility of your abs and improve your posture. YOU CAN DO IT

Day 3 of 15days abs challenge! I can literally do it all now with a better pace, without gasping for breath every 2 mins. My body now listens to me ( not completely) and it’s not the other way around . Let’s get through this.

My body feels so tired but i have to work out today. Manifesting a hour glass body!! yes I’m going to be sexy yesyes!!
Following this on and off from 3-4 months. Haven’t lost any significant weight but definitely feel stronger. Here are some of my learning which can apply to any workout-
1. The environment u workout in should be temperature regulated. If it is too hot then u will sweat and will not be able to workout.
2. A good yoga mat makes a lot of difference specially for the exercises involving elbow planks else u can bruise yourself.
3. Streching is really important to recover from the soreness. Your muscles will pain if u skip stretching.
4. I have heavy lower body with zero strength in the core. So the abs, inner abs and even the shoulder exercises were really tough for me but wearing a abs belt tightens the core and helps in exercises. Still not able to do the side plank though.
Hope this helps someone who is starting out. 🙂
