One of the tendons in my elbow is inflamed, and now I have to do exercises without weights. That means no upper body, and I also can’t do my martial arts anymore 🙁 I was really sad, but then I remembered this workout that I did when I started with Caroline’s workouts, and I still enjoyed it and it actually is still kinda challenging (though I now realize how much stronger I have become through Caroline’s workouts with dumbbells). Still sucks to be down from 90 minutes martial arts + 45 minutes workout almost every day to now 30 minutes every two days, but at least feeling a bit better now thanks to Caroline’s bodyweight leg workouts. And this has made me realize what an important part of my life Sport has become – it started with Caroline’s workouts in the lockdowns, now martial arts also plays a huge role. Can’t wait to be myself again and train like before!
Wow I can’t believe I finished this knowing that a few months ago I could hardly finish a 5 min workout because of "depression", feeling sore and proud of myself right now!
I am not even going to comment on the difficulty level of this workout because, I am shaking right now. But I wanted to ask: how do you keep your knees so clean and un-bruised? Mine have become dark. Any ideas?
I usually don’t focus on calves as much. Something around 10 minutes… so these 30 minutes I felt like I will lose toes and calves but it was a good pain ofc. Love how I feel during and after it <3
Thank you for your positive energy and amazing workouts! I have a lot of trouble with inflammation in my achilles tendons and I’ve done this workout twice now and I can feel the difference already. You’re the only one who has a guided workout for calves and I hope you will make others similar to this one!
My goal is to be able to do this workout without pausing the tv and more than once a week.
