For example the abdominal area is a common spot people want to lose fat for a six pack but if you train your abs, they will get bigger and show more with a higher body fat percentage than if you just focused on losing fat.

I’d like to make a video on the "Gambler’s Fallacy." The relevancy to this channel is questionable, but it’s an important lesson I learned and would like to share. It shows how sometimes our bad decisions are just "sunk cost" and need to be jettisoned so we can move on. If you flip a quarter 20 times in a row and get all tails, you’re NOT more likely to get heads on the next flip. It’s still 50:50.

The best way to keep working out and being in the mood, is not looking at it as a punishment. You need to add working out to your daily schedule to stay fit. Look at it as drinking water, you do that daily. WORKING OUT IS NOT A PUNISHMENT.
Sir I like ur videos I m 47 years old woman I want to loss weight I m on keto diet and doing exercise every day but I have a pain in my body and having cracking noise in my knees after a month as i started exercise with the diet now I stopped I m fasting every day but only loss 2 kg in 7 months I m upset all the medical test are normal don’t know what’s wrong with me can you give me advice pls help
Great advice, also another in quality over quantity, more weight doesn’t mean bigger muscles, you should do reps with good form and with less weight, it works.
Just came across this when I got my…9th wake up call about me losing my physical strength and flexibility I had pre-covid. My mental health has been wacky and I’ve been busy, but I’ve kept the wake-up calls in my head but had no clue how to rebuild in a way that would stick. Thanks for this!
