Hi Leslie…your workout is one of the best that one could do at home daily without fail…easy to catch, space friendly, physique friendly, and most importantly the way you keep encouraging all of us is very connecting…I started doing it in the starting of Feb and now I get appreciation from my family and friends with respect to my fitness and also I personally feel healthy and active throughout the day…go for it guys…it really works ❣👍👌
Leslie is my go to. when ever i fall off the wagon and down the hill into the gutter i can always count on her to lift me back up to get me back on track. she motivates me to just get moving! it doesn’t hv to be perfect. just MOVE! she is always my first building block. 👍🏾
