i love you, pamela! i’ve tried some other popular yt workouts like chloe thing’s etc, but none of them work/make me feel as amazing as yours. this workout first got me back into exercising. i did it every single day for like 1.5 years, sometimes twice a day. it made my body toned and made me so much healthier and happier. now i’ve added 2 of your ab workouts and a split stretching routine. altogether, i have a good routine nailed down and i’ll add more as i go. you are amazing!
I love how you do not talk, preach or show off, just straight to the point good exercises.
The format is clear, the music not annoying, and the timing makes me want to continue.
What makes this "BEGINNER FRIENDLY"?
1. I used BASIC movements, that are not super complicated or hard
2. the movements REPEAT, giving you a chance to get used to them
3. a couple of BREAKS. The sequences are only between 2 or 4 minutes long.
4. includes warm up exercises
5. includes a cool down sequence in the end <3

I wanted to do this workout but my motivation keeps dropping… So I feel like coming here and posting about it everyday will help
A side note: I’ve actually tried this workout out around last year August and it actually really helped… Obviously the first few days I was in so much pain😂 but tbh it worked wonders… I did eat healthier though (counted calories) and I used to have a short walk in the evenings for about 20 to 30 mins… In 2 weeks I had lost quite a few kgs …if I remember well it was about 5 to 6kgs… Which is pretty good… I then stopped in September coz I had school and I was writing my A levels in November…we were in lockdown all this time so covering up in school took almost all my time… Now that I’m done with A levels I wanted to go back to this workout since I saw results the first time I tried it and I want to push myself to stick around longer this time around..

Day 1: So i was full of energy when I started…but literally was running out of breath from like the 3rd exercise… I reached the like 6 min mark and I was so exhausted…so I decided I’d skip towards the bicycle crunch and stuff exercises….so I ended up doing about 6 mins of those… So all in all I did about half this video … approximately 11 mins of this video and I’m exhausteddd… My legs kind of feel stiff… I don’t even know how I’ll do these exercises tomorrow 😂 I can already tell I might struggle to even lift my legs😂 let’s wait and see… But so far … I couldn’t finish all the exercises and I was already so exhausted…let’s hope tomorrow I’m able to complete all the exercises…. And I hope I won’t be in pain😂
Day 2: Ok so coz of day 1… My legs were so sore and felt so numb… There were times when I’d walk and just weirdly slide if that makes any sense 😂 …it’s like my legs acted weird 😂 anyways…. I was in a little pain whilst walking but trying to sit down was a struggle… Sitting on a chair even was so painful😂 … I didn’t even think I’d be able to workout today… I forced myself to workout after a long day …I did this workout at 8pm so I was already so exhausted from the day…. I told myself I’d try doing something… So I started the workout thinking I’d be dying in pain..but honestly I started the workout and it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be…. Obviously I was out of breath like yesterday…but sitting down to rest didn’t even painnn … Like it was so painful the whole day and all of a sudden while working out a miracle just happened lol😂… As I said I was already exhausted…so I tried doing about 13 mins of the workout …6 mins of the beginning and the rest of the 10ish mins towards the end… So that was day 2…see you tomorrow 🤞
Day 3: Ok so my stomach muscles were paining so bad as well as my thighs… I did workout though …it was slightly more painful than yesterday but easier at the same time… Today I did 16 mins of the workout …I’m slowly increasing the minutes as I go on… I just hope tomorrow all the after pain just fades away… Day 3 was a success!
Day 4: My legs were wayy less painful during the day…and working out was easier as well…I decided to stay at about 16mins for today so I increase it slowly…and it was much easier today!
Day 5: It was soooo much better…I barely felt any pain in my body throughout the day and working out felt easier too! I did about 17mins!
Day 6: I did about 17 to 18mins today and it felt easier.. absolutely no pain during the day!
Day 7: I did around 19 mins🥳🥳…I haven’t been able to figure out how to do superman 😂 even the last time I always skipped it😂 so yes I did the whole workout except superman🥳🥳…the afterpain of working out has completely disappeared from a few days which is great! And it gets easier day by day!
I was feeling a bit insecure so I decided to take up exercising and this was very well put together. The first part was absolutely brutal for me the constant moving was painful but after that it became better. My legs almost gave out with the planking and the balancing but that’s it really
