I am not a beginner but I wanted something light and active, that I can do on days when I’m busy or I want to remain active throughout the day. This is the perfect workout for anyone, even at intermediate levels, you are gonna sweat and work on different body parts and gonna keep you active.
I love this Cardio workout! Great to do to ease back into a fitness routine or just to add some movement in to any day (after work, etc) ! It is very energizing – thank you for all the variety you create for working out – I quit my gym membership 2 years ago and follow your channel for all my workouts now.
This workout was great for a beginner! I began my journey with working out a few months back. There are times where I still struggle to get out of bed in the am to workout. Knowing that I have a somewhat easy, but still powerful, mind and body workout such as this to wake up to certainly makes it easier! I do think about giving up during this short time, but it’s really mind over matter at that point. I know I can make it through these so there is no point to quit midway through. Great routine for beginners, tried other workouts and I couldn’t finish them. For beginners like me who hardly did any exercises/are fat like me do this routine for two weeks once you can finish the whole workout without being tired at the end then move to workout for beginners by Pamela Reif its a little harder and trust me you wont regret it. I started with it but was struggling so I did this one and I was okay after two weeks then I went back to the previous workout by Pamela
as a freshman student starting this ear some people may say im a bit young to do this so i’ve took it easy. i decided 3 weeks before i get back to school to commit to this twice a day right when im writing this its 5pm so obviously ive onl done this video once today. since ive been sat on my phone ad computer for like months doing this helped me get back in shape and after 10 minutes i was dying but i commited to 10 minutes had a marching break while writing this and i so excited to begin my weight loss journey. i will prob start eating healthier and slowly progress into not eating as much and settling on 1600 calories a day.Let me just say this im insecure abut y body as many teens are currently and im making it my mission to eat better and work better instead of dreaming for something like a miracle t wake up skinny one day! im only oung but i hope this inspires people of all ages to achieve their own dreams. i used to bie my nails for a little anxiet relief but ive overcome that and have nice nails now! goodluck to all and i hope this inspires you once again!

Thanks Maddie for creating this amazing workout. As a mother of 2 years old toddler, been long time that I haven’t done any exercise. Can’t join any gym either. So decided that I have to start getting into it again, so I can be fit be healthy. Not easy, but I am doing so well. Hope can do consistently. I tried your other workout also.
Working from home I haven’t been as active as I used to be and find myself in the house all the time. I haven’t worked out in roughly 3 years and I honestly wasn’t even sure I would make it through the entire 20 minutes. The 15 second active rests really helped me regain the energy to complete the next exercise. I am going to do this routine until I am able to do it without tiring so quickly. I am sooo glad I found this, I highly recommend this video to anyone wanting to get back into working out. Hopefully this is the motivation to get a lot of us back exercising!
Iโve been semidepressed and started college and Iโve went over an illness that made me lose 20 lbs in two months. I fortunately have regained the weight loss since I am back from heavily underweight to normal weight now , how ever I see I am packing one or two over my personal limit (it is still within average weight but I see it as me slipping a bit) . So Iโm doing morning exercise and stretching since Iโm home often. Thanks for the workouts they are really great!
I woke up two hours earlier this morning so I had time to kill before my toddlers wake up and luckily enough motivation. That was really cool. Thanks for the video ๐
Starting week 10 and I am down 16 pounds got till the 20th of Aug to lose the other 4 pounds My goal is to be at 235 by Dec 2022 I am 6’2 and I am sure I can reach my goal I am doing this workout and 10 MIN SIX PACK ABS for TOTAL BEGINNERS Thank you sooooooo much MadFit

How often should this workout be done?
Havenโt worked out in forever and I feel so out of shape but this is a great starting point and low impact which is nice to the joints!
