    Thxs Roberta’s gym …I had been doing this warmup for past 5 – 6 days ,my weight was (before) 76.8kg and now its (after) 75.0 .nd for weight burn I will do more exercises….happy with the result🎊

  34. What I don’t like about this is that there are some routines that count so fast. Like in lateral steps, I ended up pausing the video and count on my own then fast it forward after I have done it.

    I have tried a few of these routines, because it has been a while since I exercised and because I’m overweight I’ve really trundled with them, but I did this one today, and thoroughly enjoyed it, hoping to do this 5 days a week, then build up to some of the harder workouts.
