I am actually confused I am doing ur workout for a month now!! But I am not actually seeing any results. I am 70kg and 5.6 feet. Please let me know how can I actually see some weight loss!..
What I don’t like about this is that there are some routines that count so fast. Like in lateral steps, I ended up pausing the video and count on my own then fast it forward after I have done it.
First day yesterday and I already felt the effect!! It doesn’t look hard at first but upon trying, it is really effective!! Now in my 2nd day!! Will try this for 5 days then shifting to the 30mins 7 day challenge 🤗 Thank you Roberta!! ♥️ great for beginners 😍

I have tried a few of these routines, because it has been a while since I exercised and because I’m overweight I’ve really trundled with them, but I did this one today, and thoroughly enjoyed it, hoping to do this 5 days a week, then build up to some of the harder workouts.
