Dear Chris, over the years i have had some serious back problems including L1 hernia sugery. This year i started having Tietze syndrom, any suggestions for some exercices to strengthen my weak back?
hey this may seem like an obvious question but im new to calesthenics and i am interested in muscular growth and strength and once i mastered my own body if i wanted to lift more could i instead gain more weight and master that 🤷? appreciate the commentary
I have a question
I am currently doing 45 sec on and 15 sec off hiit workout with pushups jump squats plank skip rope and burpees(repeating these 3 rounds)-15 minutes total
IS THIS A GOOD WORKOUT ROUTINE ?
I have to say that these exercises are pretty challenging. To be able to do even less challenging ones and not struggle is a big achievement. But bigger achievement is to actually start doing something instead of watching 😎
I ordered ah resistance band and to receive a email saying it was fraud and if it’s fraud why did the transaction come out my bank account I need my money back ASAP in account pronto bc u guys customers service and shipping services suck ass, if I don’t have my 30.97 back in my account within 24hrs I’m suing dis shitty ass company

Wish I had this video 20 years back. I’m 46 now and I’m gonna still try them. But I could’ve saved money on gym and physical therapy after getting hurt from the gym. 😀
