I have injured my knee a few times so on days I need a little less impact on my knees Toya doing the lower impact side is so helpful. Been doing these videos for the past 3 weeks and I already feel the results. Love the little moments of humor during the workout when you guys are dying like us LMAO. Thank you both for everything you do on this channel!

Omg I did the first round of one of the 3 sets and gosh, I thought I was gonna faint… maybe it’s cuz of low blood pressure or something but I didn’t keep going cuz I was out of shape and I was feeling so dizzy
I follow you guys, and love your workouts, but do you have any cardio workouts for full body where you do not need equipment or have to get on floor/ground?.
I did cardio workout for 1 month and got an shocking result. i was fat way back last year and now im fit and healthy thanks for my friend recommending this cardio
