    I know this video was from a bit ago but just wanted to say a HUGE shoutout to both of ya’ll. I have injured my knee a few times so on days I need a little less impact on my knees Toya doing the lower impact side is so helpful. Been doing these videos for the past 3 weeks and I already feel the results. Love the little moments of humor during the workout when you guys are dying like us LMAO. Thank you both for everything you do on this channel!
