I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now (5 days a week) and results are good.
before this i was doing chloe ting’s so i’ve been struggling to find a workout intense enough to carry on growing my main glutes and this one has been doing the trick.
two weeks in though results started slowing down. my hamstrings and lower legs are toned and so much stronger but i still have so much cellulite. i’ve tried lots of workouts to grow my glutes but i’m still learning about fitness and how to give my main muscle groups a good workout every week.
i guess i’m telling you my story to see if anybody else has related to me.
my next steps are to research about how to tell you’ve had a good workout, which foods groups to increase on when in a calorie surplus and more ways to get protein. (i’m a pescatarian and i don’t want to eat too much fish because of mercury overload.) i know that growing glutes is hard but i’ve not been seeing results in a while. there were results at the start of my chloe ting phase last year, then they stopped and the workouts got easy. same with this workout. please feel free to reply to this comment with your own experience or tips for me. thank you so much.

I’m super late to seeing this video but hoping I’ll get an answer anyway. Can I do all the standing exercises together first then do all the floor exercises afterwards? It’s easier on my knees
when she said “time for a second set we’re gonna do the same thing again” i immediately went back to replay the beginning cause i liked the music better 😂😂

The first day I did this workout I was only able to do one set, I was done! Felt it for 3 days & couldn’t even sit on the toilet without cringing. Then the next time I did it (5 days later) I was able to do both sets, and felt it for about 2 days. Today (4 days after that) I just did 2 sets again, my goal was to do 3 but was too tired by the end. This is now one of my favorite workouts ever for glute and legs, it makes me feel so satisfied and strong and I have control over those muscles so much! Great job Mad!

I did this session today, it was easy to follow and I really enjoyed it, hopefully the sweats and aches are worth it as I hate my flabby legs. 15mins just right for me, not sure I could manage if it was any longer ha. Thank you!
The first time I finished this with a 7.5kg dumbbell and didn’t feel that was heavy enough, gonna do it again with a 10kg and then probably a 12.5kg next time. tata
First time doing this and my lower back hurt, I think I’m doing something wrong or my form is wrong. Can someone tell me what is it or any tips on how to alleviate it? Thanks!
I am so lost. I would like to bulk my legs but it seems like the same exercises being advertised as for bulking are the same ones that are advertised for toning and slimming
Loved this one thanks Maddy! Just wondering if anyone can give some tips on how to make sure your glutes are doing the work and not your legs? Sometimes I can feel the burn in my whole body and I find it hard to specifically isolate my glutes. Thanks!
Will this workout lead to loss weight coz I’m already skinny asf and my legs are like stick💀. Hope this will work for my legs and becomes tone and thick
