I enjoyed this workout. Couple things to constructively feedback for your next filming session. I think 15 secs rest would be enough, and narration of each exercise would be great. We can see your mouth moving but no audio which looks a bit odd. With you talking us through it that way we’re not having to watch the screen so hard and can focus on working out instead. Good 15 mins workout though, cheers!
I’m 2 months in my journey and it had been about two weeks I didn’t do this workout and today I was amazed how easier it was for me and wasn’t that exhausted like I was in the beginning. I always wanted to stop midway or sometimes stoped a few minutes before because I was so tired I couldn’t keep going.
Not new to fitness but new to doing full kettlebell workouts and THIS THIS THIS was exactly what I was looking for ! This has to be the one of the most helpful follow along workout videos I have seen! Having the set but also the brief movement demonstration without the KB and then the movement with the KB, so helpful! Thank you SO much for sharing this with us! Aaaand for doing it in a professional elegant way without a big spandex booty in my face the way so many thirsty videos are. Subscribed!! 💖💪
It was my first time seeing this video and finding out about your channel! I just purchased a 10kg Kettle ball for the first time and definitely felt the burn with this workout as I am a newbie to kettle balls. Thank you so much for a great first kettle ball workout.
All I can say I just got my first kettle bell have everything else. It’s a game changer. 46 yrs old got a 35lb one and I was worried it was to heavy ( I’m pretty fit) dang kettle ball made me sore again love it. Thanks for the video

😛My feedback: I do butt activation and warm up before I start caroline’s workouts lol ( I would do 15 min* 2 so I can stretch my body in the middle! Stay hydrated also)
I use 150 lbs resistance band for pre workout and 20lbs kettlebell
Height: 165 cm Weight: 48kg
Already done 15 kettlebell workouts from Carol for 2 months already(3-4 times a week) ! I work out 30 min- 60 min a day, ^^ rest days heavily depend on my condition (below 5 days a month I would say)
Never thought I could be as flexible as water lol. Even yoga didn’t bring me such beautiful result . Lol I make me dishyy while not eating enough ( I had eating disorders before I’m recovering from this)

I’m a 31 year old male I’ve been losing weight and started following this workout and it’s absolutely amazing, the first time I did it I struggled with stairs and full body aches which faded after 2/3 days, it’s incredible how quickly the body can get used to workouts as I now do this 3x+ a week and will be moving onto the 30min workout next, I use 12KG ( 26lb ) kettlebell, I also tend to do more arm workouts after the video finishes, can’t wait to start doing your 30 minute workout! 👏🏻

Awesome quickie! Only had a 24kg and a 8kg kb to work with. The 24 was too heavy for any upper body and the 8 was too little for any lower body and just a tad too light for upper :/ lol I need to get a good 16kg so it’s just right hahaha
