day 1 = did the entire thing with a lot of effort. Did her 15 min upper body workout along with it.
day 2= did the entire thing with a lil less effort than yesterday. also did her 12min total core/ab workout
First day doing this workout. And i am completely exhausted but i am determined and will not give up!! Hitting 30 next month and my goal is to feel more confident and healthy ❤️
This is AMAZING but for those who are first-timers, please take a 30 second or minute or so between each lap. Good luck! keep maintaining your body healthy
I don’t need to lose weight but I need to workout for its psychological benefits. How frequently do you recommend we do the 15 minutes cardio weekly? And is 15 minute workout enough for physical and psychological effects?
