    Im doing this for consistency. (Gonna do it everyday for a month)
    waist= 26inch
    weight= 51kg
    height=5’4
    day 1 = did the entire thing with a lot of effort. Did her 15 min upper body workout along with it.
    day 2= did the entire thing with a lil less effort than yesterday. also did her 12min total core/ab workout
