Hello dear reader, do you want to LOOSE WEIGHT or body fat, well then welcome, I know from personal experience that it was a struggle to loose weight and maintain a fit body, but after this routine my body got to my desired hour glass shape and I slimmed down a lot. This is the YouTube WORKOUT videos I follow and some healthy eating advice I follow to get my fit body and LOOSE WEIGHT!!

-Heathy eating tips:
* have a glass of warm water with naturally squeezed lemon juice in it first thing when you wake up ( helps burn suborn fat)
* for breakfast I have grain bread (toasted with no butter on top) with plain cottage cheese and avocado on top
* throughout the day I eat healthy nutritious based meals, I drink a glass of water every hour for a body cleanse
* I have green tea with no sugar but a little honey
-For motivation and staying motivated:
I have a timer set for every hour when I have to do stuff that includes :
* when I should workout
* when I should go for a 20 min jog
* when I should eat and bunch more stuff like that.
Advice from me: give yourself a set date let’s say you start today so you would do this “ 10 October to 22 December” that gives you about 2 and a half months to get your body in shape and be healthy, also another thing- a lot of people say this but it’s true everyone’s body is different so yours might not be what you want and thats ok, just love yourself and try your best and do not give up and DEFINITELY DONT BE LAZY you have to work hard to get what you want, give your 100% always and you’ll succeed if not you won’t get the results you want ( just had to give a little Toughlove there 😅) also remember you didn’t put on the weight quickly so you can’t get rid of it quickly it takes a lot of hard work, patience and time.

Day 2: Working on side plants hood overall ended 15mins
