    day 1 : Completed my first exercise, very excited but obviously nothing has changed

    doing this 2x every day until; my next doctor’s appointment to see if I lose any weight
    starting weight: 98.7 kg
    day 1: hard and I sweat a LOT but it’s worth it
    day 2: easier!! I like how it actually burns
    day 3: no results but good!
    I got a foot injury so I couldn’t do it for 3 days but I’m back and I’m also doing it 1 to 2 times depending on my mood and foot!!!!!
