started this last week, im 166cm (5’4) and I weigh 62 kg (136 lbs), i can barely tap the bottom of the backboard with the tip of my middle finger
I plan to do this 3x a week for 2 months and i will be doing updates on it every week.

Coming back from a broken+sprained ankle, added 1 inch straight off the bat bcs I needed to remake my form, gonna do this every 1-2 days and see how it goes.

So im 15 5’10 ( 178 cm ) i can jump pretty easily to hang on the nets very close to the rim but i feel like my jumping form is not that good and i need more vertical jump improvement so im ready to try this ill keep yall updated 🔥

Explosive knee jumps 30 seconds
Lunge knee ups (lift knee up high) (both sides) 30 seconds
Toe swing ups (squeeze calf’s) 30 seconds
Plank knee ins (extend leg back) (both sides) 30 seconds
Pike frog hops (feet to hands) 30 seconds
Squat stretch (push knees out) 30seconds
Squat jumps 30 seconds
Toe hops (continuous) 30 seconds
Lunge step jumps (alternating sides) 30 seconds
Single knee jump (swing knee up) 30 seconds
Extended plank (push shoulders forward) 30 seconds
Stretch out lats/abs (helps with jump reach) 30 seconds

This is no joke, I play two sports that has jump as a fundamental, i insantly got + 3 inches onto my vertical jump in a matter for 5 weeks.
