We keep getting tossed into these arbitrary lockdowns with no warming (I’ve been working in Beijing since before Covid happened) and if you catch it, forget lockdown – then they quarantine you, like, forever. So I’ve had to stay far away from gyms. Your workouts, especially because they don’t require equipment, are a serious godsend (moving all the time is another fixture of Beijing expat life for some reason). I’m in great shape, and want to stay that way, so I am so happy to get my butt kicked by you (so to speak) most every day. At this point, I pretty much spend an hour every morning with you and love the variety of fab workouts you uploaded. Thank you SO much for what you do!

Have been working out to lose weight for 14 days now, I was sick of always doing the same thing and tried this video. My legs are absolutely dying, never been so sweaty and I only managed to do 18 MINUTES and I was already dying at 12 minutes. 40 seconds are definitely still too much for an interrupted exercise for my legs 😅🥲 impressed on how so many people finished this. I’m stopping and going for a less difficult one, trying not to feel like a failure😅 Thank you anyway for your work.
I ABSOLUTELY loved this video, honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve found a video that I’ve loved this much, seems simple but it’s an amazing routine that worked everything.

The way u have changed my life is because everyone used to go and tease me bc of my weight an once my own friend said that i look pregnant and that I’m fat and that made me so insecure about my body but I never let that stop me so that day when she said I’m pregnant and fat I searched up "workout with no equipment" and you came first so I clicked on this video and then i started to do every step every day and I became much more skinny and also stronger and now me and my "friend" always walk by and she says says sorry for how she treated me but i now realise that she is only saying that because of my looks
So thank u so much for helping me make a difference in my life
This is no joke and a seriously great routine! I am just beginning to get back into fitness and challenged myself to do 15 minutes and lemme tell you…WHEW! This is for the weak who want to get strong! A great workout which doesn’t give me a headache…I challenge you!
Everytime I see caroline I cant help but say damnnnnnnn shes so beautiful! Love your workouts I do them everyday no excuses! As a former professional athlete I approve and say Caroline is beast!!!!!
We all live this life on our own. Do this alone. I don’t know just some motivations for me cuz i finished this whole thing with that in mind.

Wonderful. Unfortunately, I’m facing a shouder ache, so I couldn’t do the complete workout, because of some moves.
It was hard to finish, specially when you just wanna to eat a pizza and do nothing all day… but I DID!!!! No regrets 💪🏾💪🏾
